Q: Can I return the purchased item if it doesn't work for me?
Yes, you can return the item with in 30 days of delivery, but with prior approval from us. For Return / Refund details read our Return Policy.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
Receipt will be emailed to you, just after you placed the order. Once the order has been shipped to you, we will send the item tracking number - which will enable you to track the shipment.
Q: Does BrandsShoppe.com provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
Yes. If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We will do all our best to ensure you great shopping experience. Please read our Return Policy before any returns.
